Elizabeth Paul is running for Washington County Commissioner in the 2018 election. Having grown up in the southern part of the county near Gapland and graduating from Boonsboro High School, Elizabeth knows that Washington County is a unique and vibrant area with wonderful natural resources, a rich history, and generous community-oriented residents. She believes Washington County can again become the economically successful area it once was while still maintaining its important agricultural roots, protecting its historical resources, and safeguarding its natural beauty. As a public school teacher of more than 20 years, she understands the importance of high-quality education as well as job opportunities and economic growth. Elizabeth has a proven track record of bipartisanship, ethical leadership, and community involvement. She is committed to working for the best interests of Washington County residents. Elizabeth will provide a voice of reason, transparency, and ethical leadership as a County Commissioner.
